Develop and evaluate AI-PROGNOSIS tools according to ethical, inclusive, and trustworthy AI principles with an emphasis on transparency, data protection, safety, and robustness.
Novel AI models
Develop novel, robust AI models for personalised PD risk assessment and prognosis, mining multi-source, health-relevant databases, and biobanks.
Digital biomarkers
Set up a system of digital biomarkers for objective, privacy-aware tracking of key PD risk and progression markers in daily living.
Set of trustworthy tools
Translate the digital biomarkers and AI models for PD risk assessment and prognosis into a set of trustworthy tools for empowering persons with/without PD and healthcare professionals with relevant insights.
AI-PROGNOSIS tools clinical performance validation and acceptance
Validate the incremental clinical performance and acceptance of the AI-PROGNOSIS tools in diverse cohorts and define the clinical utility assessment criteria.
