In AI-PROGNOSIS, we have developed a framework that guides the creation of AI tools for Parkinson’s risk assessment and prognosis. This approach is based on the ALTAI principles and aligned with the EU AI Act and Medical Device Regulation.

The framework sets out clear standards, tools, and procedures for responsibly managing sensitive health data across the entire AI lifecycle – from design to deployment.

This is a foundational step in ensuring our AI systems respect ethical guidelines and deliver real benefits to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
